Our management team
Carl Shadrake is the Director and founder of CS PM Consultancy. Carl brings over 20 years of leadership and project management expertise, starting with a distinguished 14-year career in the British Army. As a part of the Grenadier Guards, he demonstrated his adherence to exacting standards and excellence.
He founded CSPM to leverage the unique skills of service leavers, providing expert project management to the defence and nuclear industries, and government. Carl has demonstrated unwavering commitment advocating for veterans, he has numerous awards for his continued contribution to the armed forces community.
