About us

We provide project and programme management for local government and high-assurance environments, including defence and nuclear. Our UK-wide team of experienced veterans brings disciplined planning, calm delivery and strong risk control to complex programmes, helping clients move from intent to outcomes.

Our team are all veterans, whose backgrounds bring disciplined planning, calm leadership under pressure, and a strong focus on detail, safety and accountability. The result is a controlled, confident project environment for clients and delivery partners, where momentum is maintained, issues are surfaced early, and outcomes are achieved with professionalism.

CSPM is built on attention to detail and familiarity with complex, high-assurance operational environments. That discipline translates into strong project and programme management on challenging schemes, supporting safe, reliable delivery where scrutiny is high and the margin for error is low.
