A history of service

Carl Shadrake, the founder of CSPM Consultancy, has demonstrated his commitment to public service through his time in the British Army. He has continued to advocate strongly for veterans since leaving the forces including with Help for Heroes, SSAFA and the Colonel’s Fund. Carl carries this drive, and the demand of exacting standards, through the business to help veterans build a second life as civilians. CS PM are proud to be continuing this tradition of public service by delivering complex and sensitive developments as expert project managers.
