With a decorated 14-year military career, Carl brings a zest for adventure and a deep commitment to the military community. He deployed on five operation tours during his service and was medically discharged due to physical injuries sustained in Afghanistan.

Drawing on his extensive military experience, Carl founded CSPM with a mission to support veterans in their transition to civilian careers, specifically in project and program management. Recognising the exceptional managerial skills possessed by many service leavers, Carl established a platform to nurture and guide candidates into the next chapter of their professional lives.

Beyond his military background, Carl is an accomplished, diplomatic, and transformational leader. He has over 20 years of experience in people management, strategic leadership, and project delivery. With a keen analytical mind, he excels at inspiring and cultivating productive, collaborative working relationships with employees, clients, and customers alike.

Carl’s resourcefulness is evident in his track record of prioritising, spearheading, and successfully driving forward construction projects in both the public and private sectors, all while navigating contractual constraints. His early experience in Facilities Management has provided him with a broader understanding of post-project completion requirements and the importance of holistic project management.

In addition to his professional endeavours, Carl’s dedication to giving back to the military community is commendable. He has participated in numerous events for various military charities, demonstrating his commitment to supporting those who have served. Since 2017, he has proudly served as an ambassador to Help for Heroes, further solidifying his role as an advocate for the well-being of veterans.

Dale is a highly accomplished military leader with an extensive background in strategic resource management, training, and multinational environments. Throughout his distinguished career in the British Army, Dale has been appointed in many high-profile roles, showcasing his exceptional leadership capabilities.

Having excelled as a Senior Operations & Training Lead and a Senior Operations Manager, Dale successfully oversaw complex resources and training programs for hundreds of personnel. His exceptional multitasking skills and persuasive communication abilities allowed him to present compelling business cases to senior leadership teams. As the Chief Instructor, Dale played a pivotal role in delivering world-class training and achieving standardisation across Europe.

Dale’s military experience also includes an extensive number of operational tours in various challenging environments, where he demonstrated his tactical expertise and dedication to mission success. Dale’s exceptional performance and commitment to excellence earned him recognition and respect throughout his military career.

Currently, Dale brings his wealth of knowledge and leadership skills to his role as a Project Manager Consultant at CS PM.
